December 2014 - Present | Fremont, CASenior Leader: Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations – Global Quality, Subject Matter Expert and Data Governance Owner for the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) supporting the business process re-engineering of Non-Conformance reporting processes for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customers. LEADERSHIP MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT ♣ Managed the Build/Buy/Integration processes delivering the Integrated Quality Management System (iQMS). Led the selection of TrackWise EQMS and the integration efforts into a SAP ECC eco-system streamlining the closed loop processes between supply chain, manufacturing and reverse logistics. ♣ Aligned disparate non-conformance processes into a cohesive unified global closed loop Investigation/RCCA processes. The new Enterprise Quality Management System eliminated dozens of non-integrated localized islands of information and joins them into a globalized unified system which has resulted in a 9 time improvement in non-conformance closure rates for manufacturing. ♣ Established Global Quality non-conformance taxonomy to harmonize and improve investigations and root cause corrective actions between Pilot and high volume manufacturing. Harmonized symptoms, resolutions, investigations and disposition taxonomies resulting in a 9X reduction in data redundancy.
